MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The 12th ranked Bobcats took to the court Thursday against Lindenwood from St. Charles, Mizz. The Bobcats stole two points in doubles action to aid in their 6-3 victory.
The team of
Jeremy Bache and Gonzalo Gayoso took STU's first point in the second doubles match, 8-6. The Bobcats grabbed the final point of doubles action with an 8-5 winner out of Frederico Acevedo and Andrew Rifkin.
The Bobcats grabbed the final four points they needed to take the match with winners from Gayoso (6-3, 6-1), Rifkin (7-6(4), 6-7(3), 7-6), Bache (6-3, 4-6, 6-4), and Esteban Mesa (6-4, 6-3).
The Bobcats move to 10-2 on the season and continue action this weekend with matches against Florida Tech and Rollins.
