DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The St. Thomas Baseball team took on Faulkner this morning in an elimination game between the 2 and 4 seeds.  STU trounced Faulkner 13-7, taking them out of the tournament and will now face Union (Ky.) this evening at 6 PM.

The Bobcats will have an opportunity to get revenge on Union, who handed STU its first loss in the tournament's opening round.  Union lost its second round game to Embry-Riddle in a 12-0 shutout.

It's win and stay in for either team, and whoever comes out on top will face the loser of the Embry-Riddle vs. Rio Grande (Ohio) game to be played later today.
