MIAMI GARDENS, Fla.— The Bobcat's women's soccer team will play host to a first round TSC tournament match.
They will face the Fire of Southeastern on Thursday November 3, 2011 at 3 pm.
In two games this season against Southeastern, STU was able to win both contests by a combined score of 4-0
In their first match on August 27
th the Bobcats prevailed 1-0, with
Ariana Lorenzo earning the shutout and
Sara Mira netting her first goal of the season in the 31
st minute from a
Sarrah Granda cross.
They would meet again on October 20
th with the Bobcats winning by a 3-0 margin. Lorenzo would again secure the shutout with
Melony Poviones (7
th minute),
Victoria Shahbaz (54
th minute) and
Alexia Clark (89
th minute) providing the goals for STU.
