St. Thomas University Bobcats

Samara Auguste earns her second Bobcat of the Week honor and also was named the Sun Conference Player of the Week following her performance in the Bobcats sweep of their Georgia road-trip!

St. Thomas took on Thomas University to kick-off the road-trip on Thursday night from Thomasville. Auguste scored a game-high 28-points in the Bobcats overtime victory over the Nighthawks. Auguste followed that performance with a career-day on the court against the College of Coastal Georgia, as the senior scored 33-points and made six three-pointers to establish new career-highs.

The Bobcats currently sit in second place in the Sun Conference and have clinched a playoff spot in the 2019 Sun Conference tournament. Auguste and the Bobcats return to the hardwood to take on cross-town opponent, Johnson & Wales Wildcats, on Thursday, January 31^st from the Fernandez Family Center.
