STU ATHLETICS EADA REPORT
The St. Thomas University Department of Athletics has completed the annual EADA Report (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act). Any co-educational institution of higher education that participates in a federal student aid program must prepare an EADA report. Institutions must also report data to the U.S. Department of Education.
The report is now available for anyone interested in reviewing the data. Questions and inquiries should be directed to the athletic department at St. Thomas University.
Compliance requirements for reporting include two elements. First, the report must be made to the public by October 15. Second, the data and report must be submitted on-line to the Secretary of Education before October 30. This on-line report can be found at the Office of Post-Secondary Education website-
