St. Thomas University Bobcats

Orlando Rodriguez has been named the "Bobcat of the Week", as the senior showed once again why he was a Preseason NAIA All-American and the St. Thomas University "Ace" starting pitcher. In his Sun Conference match-up versus USCB, Rodriguez held the Sandsharks to one unearned run in eight innings pitched, while tying a career-best of eleven strikeouts, earning his third win of the season.
Rodriguez currently is 3-1 on the season with a 1.17 ERA through six appearances and has tallied 32 strikeouts.
