SEBRING, Fla. (October 17, 2022)- The St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Golf team finished Day One of the Nancy Nichols Fall Invite in third. With Day Two tomorrow the Bobcats will look to make a push to the top.

Day One
 
The Bobcats got off to a good start in Sebring, and are led by Serah Khanyereri in 2^ndoverall, and Samantha Cornelius in 3^rdoverall. In round one Khanyereri shot a 77 and in the second round improved and shot a 74 for a total of 151. Cornelius shot a 75 in round one and shot a 77 in round two for a total of 152. Heidi Demel sits tied for 13^thshooting an 81 followed by 78 for a total of 159. Rounding out STU is Chabely Arias who is tied for 17^th, and Angelina Quinn in 27^th. STU averaged 3.10 on par 3's, 4.54 on par 4's, and 5.63 on par 5's. In total the Bobcats had 84 pars, and 16 Birdies.
