WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA (NOVEMBER 15, 2025). — Despite strong scoring efforts from guards Adrian Cruz and Kaleb Myers, the St. Thomas University Bobcats fell 73–67 to the Keiser University Seahawks on Tuesday night. Keiser controlled the interior throughout the game, using its size and efficiency in the paint to overcome St. Thomas' perimeter success.
The match up featured eight lead changes and stayed tight for most of the night, but the Seahawks' dominance around the rim proved to be the difference. Keiser outscored St. Thomas 52–34 in the paint and added 14 second-chance points, capitalizing on crucial offensive rebounds in key moments.
Adrian Cruz led all scorers with 26 points on 8-of-18 shooting, including four made threes. He added five rebounds and four assists in 37 minutes. Kaleb Myers followed with 18 points and seven rebounds, providing steady interior scoring. Esteban Lluberes chipped in 11 points and five assists, while Colin Nutter anchored the frontcourt glass with eight rebounds.
However, St. Thomas struggled to find consistent offensive balance outside its main scorers. The Bobcats shot 39.1 percent from the field and posted only five bench points in the loss.
Keiser countered with a well-rounded effort. Camerin James paced the Seahawks with 17 points, while reserve forward Jonathan Paul delivered a major boost off the bench with 16 points on 6-for-7 shooting. Jackson Slater added 13 points and seven rebounds, helping Keiser shoot an efficient 50 percent from the floor.
In the closing minutes, Keiser executed a decisive 6–0 run to turn a tied game into a two-possession lead. St. Thomas had chances late but struggled to convert, and Keiser extended its largest lead to eight points with nine seconds remaining before securing the victory.
The Bobcats will look to rebound on Wednesday, November 19 as they travel to Webber International University.
