Lake Wales, Fla. – Fueled by an offense that hit over .400 in each of its matches on Saturday, the eighth-ranked St. Thomas University Men's Volleyball Team swept Life and Reinhardt at an Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Pod hosted by Warner University.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 1):
- The Bobcats created separation midway through the first set off a 4-0 run the pushed them ahead 16-10, fending off a late comeback effort by Life that got them within one late at 21-20 with another 4-0 spree.
- Facing set point in the second stanza at 24-22, STU rallied to score back-to-back points and fended off three more set points by the Running Eagles before forcing their own at 28-27 before taking the frame at 30-28.
- STU scored the opening two points of the third set and kept the lead for the entire frame.
NOTEWORTHY (GAME 1):
- Kaelen Ingram led the offense behind 12 kills on a .524 hitting percentage, adding three service aces and one solo block.
- Gabriel Negao added 11 kills on a .529 clip alongside four digs, two solo blocks and two service aces.
- Rafaek Obrusnik dished out 37 assists.
- Michael Marsans served four aces.
- Cameron Gray tallied seven digs.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE (GAME 2):
- The Bobcats ended the match with 43 kills on a .462 hitting percentage; Life tallied 36 on a .230 clip.
- St. Thomas served nine aces versus two for the Running Eagles.
- St. Thomas recorded four solo blocks while Life tallied one.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 2):
- After trading the opening 30 points of the contest, the Bobcats scored four of the ensuing five points to take a 20-16 lead and held the advantage for the rest of the frame.
- STU scored the opening three points of the second set, and seven of the initial 10, and never trailed in the stanza.
- St. Thomas took the lead early behind a 5-0 run that pushed them to a 9-4 advantage and kept the lead for the rest of the contest.
NOTEWORTHY (GAME 2):
- Ingram tallied a team-leading 11 kills on a .417 hitting percentage with nine digs, one solo block and one service ace.
- Marsans chipped in 10 kills on a .438 clip with two service aces, two assisted blocks and one solo rejection.
- Obrusnik dished out 30 assists.
- Artuto Diaz-Dube boasted three solo blocks alongside one assisted.
