Davis comes to St. Thomas University after recently working for the Columbus Destroyers (OH), an Arena Football League team. During her role as the Manager for the Destroyers' Hype Squad, Davis was the Artistic Director and Choreographer, and was responsible for organizing team promotional events.

In addition to working with the Destroyers, Davis has experience with the Arena Football Cleveland Gladiators, Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), and Miami Marlins (MLB). While with the Gladiators, Davis also concentrated on recruiting talent, designing costumes, and creating social media. During her time with the Cavaliers, Davis was the assistant coach for the Spirit squad, coordinated game routines, and boosted fan engagement. Davis was a part of the Miami Marlins for nearly a decade, advancing from her role on the field as a performer from 2008-10, to become the Director and Choreographer for the Marlins "Mermaids."
