Biography
Daughter of Oscar Fernando Sánchez Galeano and Claudia Yesmidt Barbosa López, and a native of Colombia. Laura attended Colegio Americano de Cali and played club soccer for Sports Legends and Univalle in Colombia, as well as, STLCC in Saint Louis, MO where she was named 2nd Team All-Conference for Women's Soccer. Sanchez is studying Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and aspires to fund an excellent job in the future that brings her many opportunities. Â
Her favorite soccer memory is traveling with her STLCC team to Mississippi, her favorite food is pasta and meat, and her quote is "Everything is available for you if you wish it". In her free time, Sanchez Barbosa enjoys editing and recording videos to create content for social media.
