St. Thomas University Bobcats

Danny Thomas joins the St. Thomas University Men's Basketball coaching staff, from Mount Prospect, Illinois. Thomas was named captain of his high school basketball team under his mentor and coach, John Camardella and won two MSL Titles together. Thomas went on to play collegiate basketball at Grinnell College (IA) and then North Central College (IL). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management while studying at North Central. 

Danny has experience coaching basketball as he spent time coaching multiple AAU programs outside of Chicago. Thomas found his love in the purity of the game and for coaching at Camp Skylemar, a summer camp for boys in Naples, Maine, where he coached basketball for the last 5 summers and most recently served as the Director of Basketball at Camp Skylemar. 

Thomas is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Sports Administration.
