Miami Lakes, Fla. –The St. Thomas Bobcats topped conference opponent Edward Waters College in a three game sweep with scores of 25-7, 25-5, 25-8. Bobcats were led offensively by Adriana Montilla with 11 kills and hit at a .600 clip, Montilla also recorded 6 digs and 2 blocks. Freshman Lauren Wilson was a big contribution to the bobcats' offense with 7 kills and no errors. Fernanda Neves recorded 31 assists and led the team to an impressive .638 hitting percentage. Julianne Rivera led the defense with 29 digs. Bobcats continue to find success as they improve their conference record to 5-3 leaving them ranked fourth in the Sun Conference. Bobcats look forward to continue to be successful vs. ERAU another conference opponent. They play at 12 PM Saturday October 18, at Barbara Goleman High School.
