DAYTONA BEACH, FL – The St. Thomas University women's soccer team lost a competitive match against the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Eagles 2-0.
Despite playing more physical than the Eagles earning 16 fouls while the Eagles earned four. The Eagles were still able to slip two goals by Bobcat goalkeeper Denisse Montero. She played the entire 90 minute contest and tallied three saves.
Shanoska Young was aggressively trying to put the Bobcats on the score board but she was stopped twice by Eagle goalkeeper Brelyn Bingham, giving her two of her four saves to secure the shutout. The Bobcats play again October 22, at Barry University at 7 PM.
