Miami Gardens, Fla- The Bobcats welcomed the Barry Buccaneers to Bobcat Field Friday for another chapter of the inner-city rivalry. The Bucs took their second game over the Bobcats this season with a 5-0 victory.
The Bucs scored 1 goal in the first half on a tough strike from 15 yards out. The 1-0 deficit did not appear to be insurmountable for the Bobcats but the Buccaneers were not finished. Barry posted 4 more goals in the second half. Goalkeeper
Aaron Jones surrendered 4 goals in the match with 5 saves, while Felipe Londono gave up the 5th and final goal with 2 saves. The loss ends a successful streak by the Bobcats but should not affect their standings in the Sun Conference. The Bobcats return to action Tuesday, October 13th against Fla Memorial at 3:30 PM.
