Naples, Fla- The Lady Bobcats traveled to the west side of the state Thursday to take on Sun Conference opponent Ave Maria.  The ladies were able to come away with a fairly easy victory edging the Gyrenes 6-0.

The Bobcats took the lead early scoring two goals and taking a 2-0 lead into half time.  Shante Chevannes and Gabrielle Smith added the goals, both unassisted.  The second half was much of the same as Sylvia Palermo added a third goal in the 66th minute.  Lotta Vartia scored back to back goals one minute apart to make the lead 5-0.  Gabrielle Smith scored the final goal of the match in the 75th minute on an assist from Lotta Vartia.

The Bobcats improve to 4-7-1 coming off back to back victories.  The ladies travel to Nova Southeastern on Saturday for a 5 PM match.
