Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.- The Men's Soccer Team headed north of campus to Nova Southeastern Wednesday for their final match of the season.  The Bobcats tied Nova 1-1.

An interesting match in Ft. Lauderdale as Nova scored the first goal in just the 6th minute.  20 seconds later a goal was added to St. Thomas' scoresheet on an own goal. A deflected ball off a Nova defender entered the goal and leveled the match.  The Bobcats recorded 22 shots, 12 of which were on goal.  Nova shot 24 times with 7 on goal.  Extra time was not enough to decide a winner and the match ended in a tie.

The Bobcats end the season 10-4-4 overall and 6-2-1 in the Sun Conference.  STU will enter the postseason, although the opponent has yet to be decided.
