Miami Gardens, Fla-  The Bobcats welcomed #15 Embry-Riddle to Bobcat Field Wednesday for Sun Conference action.  The Bobcats tied the Eagles in the highly physical match.

The match was fairly even, but the Eagles were able to strike first.  They took advantage of a red card issued to Miyen Spinnelli in just the 27th minute of the match.  Spinnelli suffered two yellow cards with the second coming inside the box forcing the penalty kick.

The Bobcats fought back despite trailing 1-0 with only 10 men on the field for 90 minutes of the match.  Thiago Rocha played a nice ball from the right side of the box that sailed over to keeper's head for the Bobcats only goal.  The match went into extra periods but no clear victor could be decided. The Bobcats now stand at 7-2-3 overall and 3-1-1 in the Sun Conference.  The Bobcats hold 4th place alone in the Sun Conference.
