Miami Gardens, Fla.-- The Men's soccer team lost their second consecutive game Tuesday afternoon, falling to Savannah College of Art Design.
The Bobcats (1-2-1) battled the Bees (3-0-1) to a scoreless first half. The defense of both teams contiued to hold strong in the second period until the Bobcats gave up a foul inside their own box. The foul led to a succesful penalty kick, scored by SCAD's senior Midfielder, Dan Fadida.
The Bobcats stepped up the pressure late in the game and their best opportunity to equalize the match came on a cross from
Gabriel Renteria. The assist was nearly put in by
Piere Ceraphin, however, the freshman could not get enough leg on the ball to score.
The Bobcats return to action this Saturday against in-town rival, Johnson & Wales. The match will be held at Bobcat Field at 5 PM.
