Lake Wales, Fla.– STU Women's Basketball get second conference win over Warner University . The Lady Bobcats are now 2-0 in the Sun Conference. For the second night in a row, STU has three different players score in double digits.

#25 Dannisha Pierce led the way playing a total of forty minutes to combine for 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 steals. Maddie Cummings has another big scoring night with 16 points and #12 Nickerline Montina added 14 points as well.

The Lady Bobcats defense forced Warner into 28 turnovers. STU shot 73% from the free-throw line to seal the victory. The Royals had four players with double figure scoring. #22 Candace Smith led the way with 22 points and 3 rebounds. #33 Sammie Clark chipped in a double-double with 10 pints and 10 rebounds.

The Bobcats improve to 7-6 overall and 2-0 in conference play. STU will face Florida Memorial University next at home on January 11, 2011 at 7 PM. Come cheer on the Bobcats!
