BABSON PARK, Fla. — The STU Men's Basketball team has its first, hopefully of many, back-to-back victories of the season as they defeated Webber International University 73-68 in a TSC showdown.
The Bobcats got big games from their two starting big men as the STU starting front court outscored Webber's by a 34-4 margin.

Everson Lacerda reached double digit points for the second consecutive game dropping 16 points and grabbing five rebounds in 24 minutes of work. With All-American candidate
David Nesbitt out for an undisclosed reason,
Chuck Sanders earned his first start of the year leading the Bobcats with 18 points and adding four rebounds.
Assistant coach
Patrick Gayle added after the game that “[The] interior play was huge for us tonight with Chuck and Everson leading the way.”
STU has a three game back-to-back-to-back stretch coming up this weekend at Lynn University on the 8
th, home against Morris College on the 9
th before their rematch against Barry University on the road on the 10
th.
