Lake Wales, Fla.— STU Women's Basketball fall in championship game to FMU! Saturday afternoon, the Lady Bobcats could not close on Florida Memorial in the Sun Conference Championship, falling to a score of 90-67.

#25 Dannisha Pierce finished with 21 points and 5 rebounds to lead all offense for the STU.  Senior #20 Santana Lennon picked up where she left off totaling 15 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. The Bobcats had trouble shooting the ball from 3 point  range, only shooting 2-12. FMU had a superb shooting night overall, shooting 50% from the field, 52% from 3 point range and 85% from the free throw line. FMU forced the Bobcats into 16 turnovers, while only giving up 11. The Bobcats fall to an overall record of 20-10.
