DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The St. Thomas University women's volleyball team advanced to the finals of the Sun Conference Championships with a straight set win over Southeastern.  The third seeded Bobcats defeated the second seeded Fire 25-17, 25-11, 25-19.

St Thomas (15-13) will face number one seed and host Embry-Riddle in Saturday's final at 2 p.m. at the ICI Center in Daytona Beach.

STU was led by second-team All-Conference selection Marisa Markus who tallied 14 kills and seven digs over the three sets. First-team All-Conference setter Dana Nowaczyk had 29 assists and seven digs.
