Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - St. Thomas (25-2, 13-0) became the winningest team in school history and won for the 13th consecutive time with a 83-42 victory over Southeastern Friday night at the Fernandez Family Center. The 25 wins by the St. Thomas marks a new school record for wins in a season, previously held by the 2011-12 team that went 24-8 and advanced to the NAIA National Championships.

Berna Miranda led all scorers with a career-high 23 points on seven-of-ten shooting and a perfect four-of-four from beyond the arc. Senior forward
Constina Cousins scored 21 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Junior guard
Daniella Ciccarone scored eight points and dished out a game-high six assists.
St. Thomas trailed early 12-7 before exploding for a 22-0 run.to open up a 17-point lead with 8:23 left in the first half. The Bobcats led by 23 points at halftime and outscored the Fire 36-18 in the second half.
St. Thomas returns to action on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Fernandez Family Center vs. Ave Maria (20-7, 12-1), with the regular season Sun Conference championship on the line.
