Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The 17th ranked St. Thomas University Women's Soccer team remained undefeated and continued to lead in The Sun Conference as they handled visiting USCB, 7-0, on Sunday afternoon at Bobcat Field. STU was led by senior midfielder Melony Poviones who recorded his first career hat trick to go along with one assist.

Senior forward Sara Mira scored her team best ninth and 10th goals of the season. Freshman Amyah Banks scored two goals, including the game's first goal in the 12th minute of play. Senior defender Emelie Johannson had her second assist of the year, and freshmen Clauda Avila and Ana Parra each registered an assist for their first points as a collegiate player. Senior goalkeeper Ariana Lorenzo posted her third shutout of the season.

The Bobcats (7-0-1, 2-0) return to Sun Conference play on Friday with a short trip to North Miami to take on Johnson & Wales under the lights at 7 p.m.
