Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The 24th ranked St. Thomas men's soccer team fell to 20th ranked Cardinal Stritch, 1-0 in double overtime on Friday at Bobcat Field. After 101 minutes of scoreless play, Peter Bannister of Cardinal Stritch scored on a second chance to give the Wolves the golden goal and hand the Bobcats their first loss of the 2013 season.

The two teams combined managed only seven shots on goal with STU's Andres Rico, Ignacio Mateos and Francisco Amorena each getting quality chances vs. CSU. STU freshman goalkeeper Deljan Bregassi recorded three saves.

St. Thomas returns to action on Wednesday with a road game at Florida Tech in Melbourne, Fla. The next home game for the Bobcats will be an exhibition match at Brevard College on Tuesday, September 17 at Bobcat Field.
