MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - 21st ranked St. Thomas (11-4, 4-1) fell to Sun Conference foe Webber International (6-10, 2-3), 70-62 on Saturday evening at the Fernandez Family Center. The Bobcats, who led by one point at halftime, were outscored 39-30 in the decisive second half.

Floyd Battle led STU in the defeat with 11 points, five assists and four steals. Senior center
Demonte' Simpson was the only other Bobcat in double figures with 10 points.
Webber International was led by Aron Terry who scored 17 points and pulled down nine rebounds.
St. Thomas returns to action with another home conference game vs. Warner on Wednesday at 8 p.m at ther Fernandez Family Center.
