BOBCATS SECURE A CRUCIAL ROAD VICTORY AGAINST AVE MARIA

AVE MARIA, Fla. - The Bobcats (7-6-1, 3-4) secured a crucial road victory by the score of 2-0 over host Ave Maria (3-8, 0-6).  With the victory, the Bobcats' postseason hopes remain alive. 

St. Thomas was led by freshman Sarah Lyppert Thomsson and sophomore Zelda Jagryd, both of whom hail from Sweden.  Lyppert Thomsson and Jagryd each scored The Swedish connection proved strong as both players scored and assisted each other on their goals.
Freshman Christina Garwacki was again strong at goalkeeper with multiple saves en route to the shutout.

The Bobcats continue their road stretch on Friday at Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.)
