MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - St. Thomas (3-14, 3-7 TSC) fell in their season finale to conference opponent Florida Memorial (11-6, 8-2 TSC) by the score of 1-0 on Wednesday at Bobcat Field. The goal was scored in the 28th minute of the first half and was the only score of the game.
 
For a majority of the game, both teams' physical play made for a competitive match with the Bobcats having to play with a player down for the final 30 minutes of play.  STU totaled nine shots for the match, with three on goal. Andres Rico led in shots on goal with two, while Marcelo Norton led the team in total shots with four. Jack Hubbard was also able to fight off the majority of the Lions attacks with five saves and only allowing the one goal in the 28th minute.
 
The Bobcats must now await the result of the Webber International versus Warner matchup to determine if STU will have a spot in The Sun Conference Tournament, which is scheduled to begin Saturday November 8.
