Box Score LAKE WALES, Fla. – St. Thomas went on a big run late in the second half to secure a 67-47 victory over host Warner. With the win, the Bobcats remained in first place in The Sun Conference with an 11-2 record in league play.

After a sluggish first half where both teams shot poorly and STU led 14-11 at halftime, the Bobcats outscored the Royals 53-26 in the second half. St. Thomas led the game 36-33 at the 10-minute mark in the second half, but went on a 31-14 run to close out the game.

Daniella Ciccarone led all scorers with 20 points and pulled down 12 rebounds for her team-best sixth double-double of the season. Ciccarone shot 4-of-8 from the field, including two three-pointers, but did much of her damage on the free throw line going 10-of-11 from the charity stripe. For Ciccarone, it marked her second straight game with 20 or more points and her fourth 20-plus game of the year.

Antishia Wright also went 10-of-11 from the line en route to 18 points to go along with eight rebounds. Also scoring in double figures was senior
Jasmin Sakers who scored 12 points and pulled down six boards.

Claudia Martin had a career-high 15 rebounds to go along with eight points as STU dominated on the glass with a 48-32 rebounding advantage.

Three games remain in the regular season for the Bobcats with home games vs. Johnson & Wales (Sat., Feb. 15) and Northwood (Wed., Feb. 19) followed by the regular season finale on Saturday, Feb. 22 at Ave Maria.
