Box Score WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – 11^th ranked St. Thomas (1-1) suffered its first setback of the season, losing by the score of 3-0 to No. 7 Davenport (Mich.) in a neutral site game at Arrigo-Vecellio Field in West Palm Beach, Fla.  Davenport (1-0) opened its season on a strong note, outscoring the Bobcats 2-0 in the first half.

Davenport was led by Shameeka Fishley, who scored consecutive goals four minutes apart.  Her first came in the 35th minute off Tam Grzybowski's assist, followed by a finish off a breakaway that gave the Panthers a 2-0 lead.  Fishley also assisted on the third goal when she found Natalie McHale in the 59th minute.  Coming off her first career shutout, Cristina Garwacki recorded six saves for the Bobcats.

St. Thomas returns to action on Thursday at 4 p.m. vs. Webber International at Royal Oaks Park, 16500 NW 87^th Ave. in Miami Lakes, Fla.
