BOBCATS VISIT NCAA DIV. 1 CLEMSON FOR EXHIBITION

CLEMSON, S.C. - The St. Thomas University Women's Basketball team took on NCAA Division I Clemson of the Atlantic Coast Conference on Sunday in an exhibiton.  The Bobcats hung tight with the Tigers for a half, trailing just 32-30 at intermission, before Clemson pulled away in the second half en route to a 78-48 final.

Desanta' Franklin-Jordan led the Bobcats with 13 points to go along with a three assists.  Jamesha Willis also scored in double figures with 12 points while registering four steals.  Wilisha Griner led the Bobcats on the boards with nine rebounds. Katie Rienas led all players with five steals to go along with seven points.

The Bobcats continue the exhibiton portion of their schedule with a game on Monday night vs. Voorhees College in Denmark, S.C. followed by a trip to Montana to take on Montana-Western and Montana Tech.
