BOBCATS MOVE INTO SECOND PLACE IN CONFERENCE

Box Score THOMASVILLE, Ga. -  Jamesha Willis scored a game-high 25 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead St. Thomas (12-9, 11-3 TSC) to a 68-54 win over host Thomas (12-12, 7-7 TSC) Saturday afternoon in Thomasville, Ga.  With the win, STU moved into a tie for second place in The Sun Conference standings.
The Bobcats, which won with just five available players all of whom played the entire 40 minutes, jumped to a 20-7 lead in the first quarter and led 36-19 at halftime.  The Nighthawks cut the lead to five points in he third quarter, but STU pulled away in the fourth.
 
In addition to Willis, Supavadee Kunchuan scored 16 points and Katie Rienas scored 10. Bianca Partlow had nine points and Samara Auguste added eight.

St. Thomas returns to action vs. Johnson & Wales on Wednesday for Senior Night, scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Fernandez Family Center
