Michael Walker scored 14 points and
James Vice added 11. Conference Freshman of the Year
Raheem Bowman led the Bobcats on the glass with eight rebounds.
Antonio Ansley led Warner with 19 points, while Josh Elllis. added 18.
STU trailed 27-13 with just under eight minutes to play in the first half, before going on a 19-8 run to cut the gap to three points heading into intermission. Â Warner pulled away with an explosive second half behind Ansley and Ellis.
The Royals outshot the Bobcats 48% to 32% from the field and won the rebounding battle 42-34.
