WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – St. Thomas (14-6, 5-3 TSC) beat 18th ranked Keiser (16-6, 3-5 TSC) in conference play by a final score of 74-70.
The contest could have gone either way, exemplified by a total of nine lead changes and five occasions when the score was tied. The game ended up being decided in the final two minutes, during which the Bobcats scored seven unanswered points to overcome a three point deficit with 2:27 left in the second half. Â
Raheem Bowman was the true difference maker for St. Thomas, leading all players in both points (22) and rebounds (16). Bowman now has 12 double-doubles this season. He was also responsible for six out of the seven unanswered points that clinched the game for the Bobcats.
