- Bobcats got off to fast start as Medina put one in the back of the net in the second minute of the game.
- Manzur Wunsch made a short pass from outside the top of the 18' box to put Medina in a position for a right-footed toe touch pass the keeper.
- USCB would get the equalizer in the 33rd minute from a strike that was deflected off the keeper into the back post.
- A big sliding kick save from Lefebvre kept the game tied going into the half.
- STU's defensive line would play a big part in today's victory, they played a tremendous defense keeping the Sandsharks to one shot in the second half.
- The game winning goal came off the left foot of Benito.
- A cross from Jüllich just outside the six-yard box gave Benito the opportunity to get a quick cut to the inside and slyly put one just between the keeper and the left post, grazing the side net.
- The Bobcats would hold on for the last twenty minutes to solidify the conference victory.
Â
SID Note:
