ADRIAN, MI. (December 1, 2019) - St. Thomas University Women's Basketball (4-4) began tthe month of December falling 79-52 to Siena Heights University (8-1) on Sunday afternoon from the SHU Field house.

Game Notes
- SHU opened the game on a 10-3 run, before consecutive Samaria August three-pointers cut the deficit to one point.
- Brooks gave the Bobcats their first lead of the game, 12-11, making a lay-up to cap off an 8-0 run.
- August added a third three-point bucket as St. Thomas went into the second quarter trailing 15-14.
- Siena Heights opened the second quarter on a 15-0 run, extending their lead to 30-14.
- The Bobcats only recorded four points in the second quarter, heading into the halftime break trailing 34-18.
- Vogel scored four-of-six Bobcat points to begin the second half, cutting the lead to 42-24.
- Back-to-back buckets from freshman, Kayla Rodriguez, put the score at 59-35 as the third quarter ended.
- STU failed to cut the Saints lead to less than 24-points in the fourth quarter, and dropped the second game in the SHU Thanksgiving Classic, 79-52.
Tournament Team
- Senior guard, Keiana Brooks, earned All-Tournament team recognition. Brooks finished the SHU Thanksgiving Classic with 26 points, making four three-points and collecting 11-rebounds.
