SAVANNAH, GA. (February 9^th, 2019) – (RV) St. Thomas University Men's Tennis team (2-2, 2-1 TSC) defeated SCAD-Savannah in the Sun Conference match, 7-2, on Saturday afternoon.

• Kevin Cubela defeated Stoica (6-4, 6-3) on the first court.
• Paulo Quintella dropped both sets, losing (3-6, 3-6)
• Fabrice Bisaintthe won his match (6-4, 6-4) on court four
• Jacobo Nieto maintained his hot start to the season, knocking off SCAD's Natale, (6-1, 6-1)
• In the final single's action on the afternoon, Damian Etchevest won his match (6-0, 6-3) from court six.
• In double's action, STU swept SCAD
  • Cubela paired with Mauricio Fernandez to win 9-8.
  • Lindstrom paired with Quintella to take the match, 8-6.
  • The duo of Nieto and Etchevest won (8-5) to complete the doubles sweep of SCAD as STU took the match, 7-2
