nd, 2019) – The sixth-ranked St. Thomas University Bobcats Baseball (13-5, 4-2 TSC) defeated Miami University – Hamilton (0-3) 5-3 from Historic DodgerTown on Saturday afternoon.

Notes
- Chris Coipel got the starting nod, trying to defend his Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week crown, against the Harriers from Miami University – Hamilton.
- Chris Allende launched his first home run of the season, in the bottom of the second inning, as Allende brought in Daniel Lowry to give STU a 2-0 lead.
- In the bottom of the third inning, the Bobcats added another run from a sacrifice fly, off the bat of Alejandro Rivero. Rivero brought in Delgado, extending the STU lead to 3-0.
- MUH scored two runs in the top of the sixth inning, bringing the Bobcat lead to just 3-2.
- Coipel finished after six innings of work, striking out six and turned the ball over to Joel Rivero.
- STU responded to Miami – Hamilton's runs, as Sergio Lopez led the bottom of the sixth inning with a triple to right field. Lopez scored on a passed ball, extending the lead to 4-2.
- In the seventh inning, Ernesto Pino inherited a bases loaded situation with one out. Pino proceeded to strikeout the next two Harrier batters to escape the jam.
- Urbaez provided St. Thomas with another insurance run in the bottom of the seventh inning, bringing in Joey Thompson.
- Pino pitched the final two innings, sealing the Bobcats 5-3 victory and sweep in DodgerTown.
