- Moments later, Sandy Benito scored back-to-back goals, giving her a tie for the team lead with five on the season.
- Karina Medina capitalized on a breakaway opportunity, beating the defense and scoring her second goal of the season in the 22nd minute.
- The final goal of the half came in the 40th minute, as Jüllich added a second goal, giving STU a 5-0 advantage.
- The Bobcats offense stayed aggressive in the second half, with Kayla Jackson scoring a goal within ten minutes. Jackson tied the team lead with her fifth goal of the season, scoring from within the six-yard box.
