Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (April 1, 2023)- The St. Thomas University (STU) Flag Football team defeated the Reinhardt University Eagles in commanding fashion 43-7. Holly Neher had another great game under center for the Bobcats with 12 completions, 217 yards, and 3 touchdowns.
 
The Bobcats second drive of the game resulted in points on the board. After six plays, Holly Neher hit Tyler Bryant for an 11-yard touchdown reception. The next Eagle drive didn't last long, as Mirranda Ferradaz intercepted it, and returned it 15-yards. The Bobcats made them pay with an 8 play drive capped off by a Jada Graham 7-yard touchdown pass to Rayonna Baker to make it 12-0.
 
The next STU drive they would score again. Jada Graham received a pass from Holly Neher, and took it 55-yards to the house to go up 19-0. The Bobcats would intercept the Eagle QB once again, as Rayonna Baker picked one off. Not doing anything with the turnover, two drives later the Bobcats scored again. On the first play of the drive, Holly Neher hit Jada Graham once again, and Graham ran it 16-yards to the house 25-0.
 
STU came up with yet another interception, as Maria Vega picked off the QB returning it 3-yards. And guess what? The Bobcats put up more points, as Julianne Yulkowski checked in and passed it to Karyssa Dolce for a 1-yard touchdown pass. The Bobcats defense shut the door again on the Eagles, and the Eagle punt would be returned by Rayonna Baker 48-yards for a touchdown 37-0.
 
Reinhardt was able to put their first points on the board late in the third quarter to make it 37-7. The final points of the game would come from the hands of Julianne Yulkowski as she hit Dominque Parkes over the middle, and Parkes ran it 23-yards for the score.
