Miami Gardens, Fla. – Kicking off the postseason at home against Florida Memorial in the opening round of the Sun Conference Championship on Thursday evening, the sixth-ranked St. Thomas Men's Soccer responded to a first-half goal by the sixth-seeded Lions with five-straight goals to prevail 5-1.

- All-Conference First Team member Guido Cacciabue evened the score in the 40th minute.
- Francisco Tolaba propelled the Bobcats to a 2-1 advantage in the 59th minute.
- Angelo Bernandes scored back-to-back goals in the 59th and 69th minute to create a 4-1 lead.
- Nicolas Lund added to STU's lead in the 76th minute.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Bernandes led the offense behind two goals.
