MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (December 12, 2024) - The St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Basketball team keeps their road stint alive, heading north to face off against Reinhardt University and St. Andrews University. The Bobcats hit the road bearing a record of 6-2 overall after going 1-1 on their road trip to Indiana.

The Bobcats will first face off against Reinhardt University on Thursday, December 12th at 4:30 p.m. The Bobcats are currently 1-2 in series history against the Eagles, defeating them in their last match up in 2018, 59-56. The Eagles will enter the match up with a record of 10-3, going 5-1 on their home court.

Up next, the Bobcats will continue on the road, heading to Laurinburg, North Carolina to face off against St. Andrews University. The Bobcats are 1-0 in series history against the Knights, defeating them in their last match up 60-48. The Knights enter the match up with a record of 4-7. The game will take place on Friday, December 13th at 5:30 p.m.

• Sarei McGill has been a standout performer for the Bobcats, leading the team with 133 points. McGill has earned two Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors so far this season.
• Sophie Vandyke also picked up her first Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season last week. Vandyke leads the team with 78 total rebounds and 20 blocks so far this season.
• Katrina Litte currently leads the team in three-pointers made with 15.
