The Cats Cruise Past the Lions for the Series Sweep

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (February 8, 2025) - The Bobcats were hot all series long against the Bryan College Lions. Ryan Bradarich threw four shut out innings to set up the Bobcats for the victory. STU is back in action next week, as Taylor from Indiana pays a visit to the 305 for another four game battle.


  • 1st Inning:

    • Angelo Piloto delivered a clutch two-RBI single up the middle.
    • Kevin Ayala and E. Ballenilla both scored, putting the Bobcats ahead 2-0.

  • 3rd Inning:

    • Angelo Piloto added another run for the Bobcats, this time with a sacrifice fly to left field.
    • Erick Ballenilla advanced to second, and I. Hernandez crossed the plate, increasing the lead to 3-0.

  • 4th Inning:

    • Luis Morera hit a single to center field, driving in L. Lopez to extend the lead to 4-0.

  • 6th Inning:

    • C. Ramsey put Bryan  on the scoreboard with a single to right field, scoring J. Sabo, making it 4-1.
    • C. Cook followed with a sacrifice fly to right field, bringing in C. Ramsey as well, cutting the deficit to 4-2.

  • 7th Inning:

    • J. Sabo hit a key single up the middle, driving in C. Hall to bring Bryan within one run at 4-3.

  • Game Summary:

    • The St. Thomas Bobcats built an early lead, but Bryan mounted a comeback, cutting the lead to just one run by the 7th inning.
    • St. Thomas' offense, led by Angelo Piloto's early heroics and consistent contributions, kept them in front to close out the game with a 4-3 victory.
