Elgin, Ill. – Opening the scoring nine minutes into Saturday's afternoon's match at Judson, the St. Thomas University Women's Soccer Team found the back of the net six times in their third-straight shutout to start the 2025 season.

• Carolina De Vega found Leenah Bigby in the ninth minute for the opening score of the contest. 

• Ariana Vazquez added to the Bobcats lead in the 13th minute. 

• Sierra Olivo gave STU a 3-0 lead off a strike with 38 seconds left before halftime. 

• Natalie Woodward connected with Natalie Nyberg in the 57th minute to make it 4-0. 

• Julia Ezcurra made it 5-0 in the 62nd minute. 

• Rebecca Louis ended the scoring in the 78th minute. 

 
NOTEWORTHY: 

• Six Bobcats scored a goal in the victory. 

• Maria Paula Alfaro stopped four shots in the victory. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: 

• STU took 25 shots with 20 on target, Judson tallied four on goal. 

• The Bobcats held a 6-0 advantage in corner kicks. 

• Both sides received one caution.
