Miami Gardens, Fla. – Looking to end their season-opening homestand on the right foot on Saturday morning, the St. Thomas University Men's Soccer Team responded to an opening goal by Spring Arbor with seven-straight for a 7-1 triumph.

• Tim Kreuzpeinter scored the Bobcats' opening goal off the foot of Thiago Patto in the 16th minute. 

• Bouget Bouzis pushed STU ahead 2-1 in the 35th minute. 

• Thiago Patto found the back off the net in the 57th minute. 

• Angelo Bernardes made it 4-1 in the 60th minute. 

• Patto scored his second goal of the contest in the 67th minute. 

• Bernardez connected with Luca Espanet in the 70th minute. 

• Noah Daragmeh scored off a pass from Kay Maletzki. 

 
NOTEWORTHY: 

• Patto scored two goals with an assist. 

• Bernardez dished out two assists to go with a goal. 

• Sandro Cabral stopped two shots.
