Miami Gardens Fla. – Potentially playing their final game inside the friendly confines of the Fernandez Family Center on Wednesday evening, the St. Thomas University Women's Basketball cruised to a 75-45 victory over visiting Warner University.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Trailing by five with 2:56 remaining in the first quarter, the Bobcats took the lead behind a 7-0 run before responding to a late Warner jumper with one of their own to hold a 21-19 lead after the opening quarter.
- STU opened the second quarter with a 7-0 run while holding the visitors to five points over the entire second quarter to take a 38-24 lead into halftime.
- The Bobcats held Warner without a run of consecutive baskets for the entire third quarter and half of the fourth frame before back-to-back triples for the Royals made it 67-41 with 4:04 remaining.

- STU went 21-56 from the field, 6-19 from beyond the arc and 27-34 from the free throw line. Warner went 15-48, 4-13 from three-point range and 11-20 from the free throw line.
