Miami Gardens, Fla. – Competing against the best National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) programs at the 2026 National Cheer Association (NCA) and Nation Dance Association (NDA) National Championships this past weekend in Daytona Beach, Fla., the St. Thomas University Dance Team brought home a pair of Bronze Medals in the Jazz and Hip Hop Divisions.

Advancing to the Hip Hop Finals after recording an 83.3143 performance score in the preliminary round, the Bobcats improved their score by over a point to maintain their standing in the top three.

STU finished in the top half of the Jazz preliminary round to advance to the Finals, recording an 80.1143 to finish third.
