2009-2010… As a Junior she was awarded the Champion of Character Award from the NAIA as well as the St. Thomas Student of the Year…Her season averages included 9 pts, 4.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 3.5 steals per game

 

2008-2009… As a sophomore Staiano posted a career high 10.3 points per game earning Academic All-Conference Honors…She also averaged 4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.9 steals per game

 

2007-2008…As a freshman Staiano earned Third Team Academic All Conference averaging 9.3 pts 4.6 reb 1.5 ast and 2.1 stl per game

 

Personal… Born on May 23, 1988 to Achille "Butch" and Lourdes Staiano… She has one sister Gabrielle (19)…Involved in numerous extracurricular activities including the President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Biology Club… Upon graduation with a degree in Biology, Staiano plans to earn a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
