Career: The creator of #BleedSTUBlue, Izquierdo is a second-generation Bobcat and son of former STU Baseball player, Nelson Izquierdo... 2018: in his first season on the varsity team hit 0.438 with nine doubles and 24 RBIs... Izquierdo homered in his first at-bat of the season... Izquierdo is also a co-founder of the "Golden Rake" award for the position players on STU, receiving his first "Golden Rake" following a 5/5 performance on 3/5/2018 against the Hamilton Harriers... 2019: appeared in 36-games, starting nineteen and appeared in the NAIA World Series for the second consecutive season...In the 2020 season, Izquierdo appeared in 16 games with a 0.320 batting average and 6 RBIs in 25 at-bats.
